Coffee Enema

Are you kidding me. Coffee enema, what are you thinking. . If you are 45 years old or more you may have some uncomfortable memories of your mother using enemas for any illness to help expedite the cure. Enemas have been around since the dawn of time and have been described as far back as writings in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Hippocrates, considered the Father of Western Medicine, and his followers in Ancient Greece advocated the maintenance of optimal health using enemas as well.

Fortunately, the unmatched effectiveness of this ancient practice is being rediscovered, unfortunately much of it due to the cancer epidemic. People are seeking holistic detoxification alternatives that provide rapid enough results to avoid the cut, poison, burn approach of conventional oncology which brings such intense and long lasting suffering.

Dr. Lawrence Wilson MD, a huge proponent of coffee enemas, claims that “Most everyone can use coffee enemas daily for at least 10 years to detoxify the liver and help heal the entire body.”

Dr. William Kelley one of the pioneers of natural treatment protocols for cancer used coffee enemas with all of his patients. He used high doses of proteolytic enzymes to break down tumors in the body which are very toxic and would generally overwhelm the detoxification system if coffee enemas were not employed. In order to detoxify rapidly (before the cancer kills you), the liver must be stimulated to release toxins in large quantities. He found that this rapid detoxification is best encouraged via coffee enema where the unbound caffeine is absorbed from the descending colon via the hemorrhoidal vein, which carries the caffeine to the portal vein and the liver. The caffeine quickly and very effectively stimulates the liver and biliary ducts to open, which release both metabolic and environmental toxins into the intestinal tract for elimination.

Ok, so how do I go about doing a coffee enema?
First off you will need to purchase an enema kit, I recommend a stainless bucket style as they are easier to clean. You will need some organic coffee beans and distilled or spring water.

It is best to do your coffee enema first thing in the morning after a bowel movement.

Brew 2 cups of coffee and add them to the enema pot. Add an additional cup of distilled water to cool to body temperature.

The bathroom floor is a great place to set up. Place a large towel on the floor with a couple of paper towels on top in case there is any leakage. A small pillow and a book will keep you comfortable and occupied for 15 minutes.

Now assemble your enema kit. It must have a tube and nozzle attached to the bucket or bag. Make sure it’s at least 24 inches above ground level.

There will an attachment near the nozzle that allows you to stop or start the flow of coffee once you have poured it into the bag or bucket. Ensure this is in the closed position before pouring the coffee into the bag!

Once the coffee is in the bucket hold tube and nozzle over sink or shower plug and turn it on and allow the coffee to run through the tube until there are no air bubbles. Stop the flow again once this is done.

Grab some coconut oil and apply to the nozzle for ease of insertion. Lie down on your towel on your right hand side with your knees drawn up.

Insert the nozzle till it’s about 1 inch inside the rectum. Turn on the flow of coffee slowly until the bag or bucket is emptied.

Now you can either remain lying on your right side or lie on your back with your feet up above head level or feet resting against a wall above head level.

Try to retain the enema for 15 minutes. You may feel some strong urges to go to the toilet, especially the first few times you try this. Try to hold on for as long as you can, quite often the sensations pass. As you do them more regularly you will be able to retain for longer. 15 minutes max is all you need.

When you are ready to release head to the toilet and let it go.

To keep your enema kit in tip-top shape clean with a mild detergent and ensure everything is dry before packing away.
